Shipping & Returns

All shoes are packed with care and shipped from Sydney within 2-3 Business days of purchase via Australia Post (domestic) with tracking.

I offer a flat shipping rate of $10 within Australia and FREE shipping with orders over $100.

I want you to be 100% happy and love your shoes but I understand  (rare instances) they may not meet expectations.

​

If this happens, I may not be able to exchange as I am a small batch maker and most shoes are one offs.

I will however issue a refund.

To issue a refund, shoes must be return posted (at buyers cost) within 7 days of receiving your order. Shoes must be unworn and in the same condition and packaging as received.
